Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Shaler SC Regular Season

Registration Fees: Refunds may be requested prior to the start of the season (first official day of club practice). A processing fee may be applied, and no refunds will be issued once the season has begun, except in cases of injury or extenuating circumstances approved by the board. Uniform Costs: Uniforms are non-refundable once orders have been placed. MS, JV, and Varsity players should hold on uniform ordering until confirmation of team placement.

TOPSoccer (Disability Soccer)

Registration Fees: Refunds may be requested prior to the start of the season (first official day of club practice). In-House Tournaments

Refunds Prior to Event: Full refunds will be issued for teams that withdraw at least 14 days prior to the festival date. A 50% refund will be provided for teams that withdraw 7–13 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for teams that withdraw within 6 days of the festival. Event Cancellation: If the festival is canceled by the organizers due to weather, field conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered teams. If the festival is partially completed (e.g., some games played before cancellation), refunds will be prorated based on the number of games played. Weather-Related Delays or Adjustments: No refunds will be issued for schedule changes, delays, or modifications due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, provided the event is still held. Other Notes: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or by check within 30 days of cancellation or withdrawal confirmation.
