SSC Asset Usage

As Shaler Soccer Club is a community organization, members in good standing may request usage of SSC Assets (pugg nets, sound system, balls, pinnies, etc) for community events outside of formal club activities.

Requests should be made to the soccer club and any board member may accept and fulfill the request, accepting accountability for the condition and safe return of the assets back to the club.  The board member fulfilling the request will provide an email to the executive board for awareness as to the asset being borrowed, by whom, and the expected return time frame.  In addition to the assets as exampled above, a Shaler Soccer Club yard sign must accompany and be displayed in a visible space during the community event recognizing the clubs contributions.

Shaler Soccer Club will be held harmless for any injury or damage due to inappropriate usage of borrowed asset by member.
