Player Evaluation

SSC relies on our coaches to evaluate the players on their team in order to build the following season’s teams.  This allows SSC to build and place teams in the most appropriate competitive divisions to ensure that all players have the best experience possible.

Players are evaluated by their:

·      Technical Ability

·      Understanding of the Game

·      Aggressive Mindset

·      Teamwork

·      (for U8 and above) Goalie skills

At no time should player evaluations be shared with players or families.  They are not intended to be a report card or to be used for future development.  

Failure on the coach will result in a violation of their respective code of conduct under:

·      Coach Code of Conduct

o   Abide by and support all rules, policies and procedures of SSC both temporary and permanent.
