SSC True Colors: Update
With our Holiday Food Drive and Food Pantry, SSC was able to provide a safety net for those in our community that may have otherwise struggled to have enough food this winter. After the New Years confetti was cleaned up, our new Community Service Director Jen Herman and her daughter SSC U12 player Makayla delivered the remaining supplies to Christ Lutheran Church Food Bank, which was reportedly low due to the holiday season.
One item that has been notoriously absent from most food pantries is Jelly, so January will be for Jelly's and Jams! Please bring your favorites to Denny Field starting Tuesday and help make someones day just a bit sweeter!
