Description of Role

The Vice President shall assume all the duties of the President, in his absence. If the office of President should become vacant, the Vice President shall hold the office until the next election at the next following Annual Meeting.

Primary Responsibilities

·      Directing the activities of the field manager and referee coordinator

·      Serving as the Travel Administrator

·      Representing the Club as the Travel Commissioner in interactions with PWSA travel clubs

The following responsibilities are shared with the Vice President Developmental)

·      Conducting an annual audit of the financial transactions of the Club;

·      Directing the activity of any coaches or youth training clinics or camps sponsored by the Club.

·      Travel and Recreational Equipment

·      Travel Schedule
