FIELD DIRECTIONS


Avonworth - Ohio Twp Field (Nicholson Road)

(GPS Nicholson Road, Franklin Park, PA 15143)

From I-79 traveling south: -Exit Wexford Exit.

Right off exit onto Route 910. -Left on first road (Nicholson Road) and

go about 2.5 miles. Ohio Township Municipal Complex on right side

across from Eden Christian Academy.


From I-79 traveling north:

Exit Mt. Nebo Road Exit. -Right off exit up Mt. Nebo Road. -Left turn

at Nicholson Road (In between convenience store and

cemetery/church. -Ohio Township Municipal Complex on left side of

road.


From I-279:

Exit at Camp Horne Road. East off exit (Right on Camp Horne

Road). Left at first traffic signal onto Mt. Nebo Road. Right onto

Nicholson Road just after reaching the top of Mt. Nebo. (It is just past

a church/cemetery.) Ohio Township Municipal complex is on the left.


Deer Lakes - Moskala Field

(GPS: 9-99 Bairdford Park Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044)

From Route 8:

Take Route 8 North. Turn RIGHT (east) onto Route 910 (Orange

Belt). Turn LEFT onto Oak Road (Orange Belt) at automobile

dealership. Proceed 1.6 miles on Oak Road to stop sign, bear RIGHT

onto Bairdford Road (Orange Belt). Proceed 0.6 miles to St. Victor’s

Catholic Church (on left). Turn RIGHT onto Bairdford Park Road

(opposite church).


Alternate from Route 8:

Take Route 8 North. Turn RIGHT (east) onto Wildwood Road

Extension. Turn LEFT onto Middle Road, follow Middle Road to the

end, turn RIGHT (east) onto Route 910 (Orange Belt). Turn LEFT

onto Oak Road (Orange Belt) at automobile dealership. Proceed 1.6

miles on Oak Road to stop sign. Bear RIGHT onto Bairdford Road

(Orange Belt). Proceed 0.6 miles to St. Victor’s Catholic Church (on

left). Turn RIGHT onto Bairdford Park Road (opposite church).


From Saxonburg Boulevard:

Proceed north on Saxonburg Boulevard to the stop sign which is 0.6

miles past West Deer #2 Firehall. Turn LEFT onto Bairdford Road

(Orange Belt). Proceed 0.9 miles and turn LEFT onto Bairdford Park

Road (opposite St. Victor’s Church).


Fox Chapel - Emmerling Park

(GPS Cove Run Road, Indianola, PA 15051)

From Pittsburgh

Take Route 28 north to the Harmarville Exit. Go left off the exit onto

Route 910 West.

Take Route 910 about four miles then take a right onto Cove Run

Road right after the Emmerling Plaza Shopping Center. Emmerling

Park will be on your right. (approx. .5 mile)


From Saxonburg Blvd: Take a right off of Saxonburg Boulevard onto

Route 910 (going toward Harmarville). Take a left onto Cove Run

Road shortly after passing the Indiana Township Building (which you

will pass on your right). If you get to the Emmerling Plaza Shopping

Center (which will be on your left) you went too far. Emmerling Park

will be on your right. (approx. .5 mile).


Fox Chapel - McCahill Field

(GPS 266 Squaw Run Road, Blawnox, PA 15238)

From Route 28:

Exit at Fox Chapel Rd. from Route 28 North or South. Turn left onto

Fox Chapel Road. Follow for approx. 1 mile. Turn left onto Squaw

Run Rd. McCahill field is along the left side of Squaw Run Road.

Parking is at the end of the field.


From Route 8:

From Route 8 turn onto Harts Run Rd. and follow to the end. At the T

turn right onto Dorseyville Rd. Follow for several miles. Turn left onto

Squaw Run Rd. Stay to your right at the Y to stay on Squaw Run.

McCahill field is along the right side of Squaw Run Rd.


Fox Chapel - Middle Road Fields

(GPS 2034 Middle Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116)

From Route 8(traveling south from Butler) make a left onto Harts Run

Road in Allison Park (PPG Industries sign here). At the intersection of

Harts Run and Middle Road, make the right onto Middle Road.

From Route 8(traveling north from Glenshaw) make a right onto Harts

Run Road in Allison Park (PPG Industries sign here). At the

intersection of Harts Run and Middle Road, make the right onto

Middle Road.


From Route 28, take Route 910 north at Harmarville. Proceed on

Route 910 through Indianola to the intersection (traffic light) with

Saxonburg Boulevard. Make a left onto Saxonburg Boulevard. At

intersection of Saxonburg and Harts Run (stop sign), make a right

onto Harts Run. At the intersection of Harts Run and Middle Road

(stop sign), make the left onto Middle Road.

Once you’re on Middle Road, pass St. Mary’s Church on the left.

Proceed about one mile. Fields are on the left. Just past the fields will

be the Middle Road Fire Hall.


Hampton - Main and Meadow Soccer Fields

(GPS 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101)

Note: Hampton’s home games will be played on the Main Fields,

located near the Police station or on Meadow Field, located near the

swimming pool / tennis courts.


From Route 28 / Route 8:

Take Route 8 North. Stay on Route 8 through Shaler Township and

into Hampton Township. Approximately 0.2 mile past the traffic light

at Harts Run Road, turn RIGHT onto McCully Road. Stay on McCully

Road until you come to the Hampton Police station on the left. Turn

LEFT into the Police parking lot and follow the driveway around until

you come to the Main soccer fields on the right. (For Meadow Field,

continue along the driveway until you come to the swimming pool).


From Northern Route 8:

Take Route 8 South. Turn LEFT onto Wildwood Road Extension

(Boston Market on corner). Turn RIGHT (first right?) onto (School

Road?). Turn/Bear LEFT onto Topnick Dr. Follow road until you see

the swimming pool, tennis / basketball courts, and baseball fields on

left (Meadow Field is near swimming pool). Turn LEFT onto the road

between the tennis / basketball courts and the baseball fields. Follow

until you see the Main soccer fields on the left.


Harmar - Harmarville Soccer Fields

(GPS 701 Freeport Road, Cheswick, PA 15024)

Via Route 28 North (traveling from Pittsburgh, Millvale, Etna, Fox

Chapel) :

Travel Route 28 North to Exit 11 (Harmarville, PA Turnpike). At the

bottom of the ramp bear to the right and go straight to the second set

of traffic lights. At the traffic lights make a left turn onto Freeport Road

(old 28). Follow Freeport Road for 1 mile (past the entrance to the PA

Turnpike and under the turnpike overpass). Make a left at the Harmar

Township Municipal Building. The fields are behind the building.


North Hills - North Hills School District Athletic Complex

(GPS 180 Reis Run Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237)

From Shaler:

Take Thompson Run Road to Seibert Road. Follow Seibert Road

across McKnight road to “T” at Babcock Blvd. Turn RIGHT onto

Babcock Blvd. At first traffic light (car wash straight ahead), turn LEFT

onto Three Degree Road. At first traffic light (at top of hill) turn RIGHT

onto Route 19 (BP gas station on right). At first traffic light (BP gas

station still on right), turn LEFT onto Sewickley-Oakmont Road. At

first traffic light (Sir Pizza on left), go STRAIGHT onto Reis Run

Road. At top of hill (approx. 0.9 mile) turn RIGHT into Reis Run

Complex (“North Hills School District Athletic Complex”).


North Hills - Reis Run

From Pittsburgh:

Take 279 North to Camp Horn Road Exit. At the traffic light, turn right

(green belt). Continue on green belt (you will pass Green Valley Golf

Course, 84 Lumber & a self serve car wash on your right) until you

pass the car wash, you will come to a "Y’ and bear left (this is still the

green belt). When you come to the light (Uni-Mart on right) you will

make a left onto Reis Run Road. Go approximately .9 of a mile up the

hill and you will make a very SHARP RIGHT into the park.


FROM RT. 79:

Take 79 North OR South to Mt. Nebo Exit. If you are going North you

will be making a right turn at the exit and head East. If you are

coming South on 79, you will be making a left and crossing back over

79. This will be the Yellow Belt. Continue on the yellow belt until you

go under an overpass. Make a left onto Arndt Road (this is still the

yellow belt). At the top of Arndt you will make a right onto Reis Run

Road. You will be on this for quite a distance, passing several

housing plans until you reach the park which will be on your Left.

NOTE: IF YOU PASS BROOKMEADE HOUSING PLAN YOU WENT

TOO FAR!


FROM ROUTE 8

South on 8 until light at Wildwood Road (Boston Market & BP station

on your left). Turn right and follow through North Park to intersection

of Rt. 19. Cross over Rt. 19 and continue through 3 stop signs.

Approximately 1.5 mile past 3rd stop sign Reis Run Park is on your

left.


Shaler - Denny Field

(GPS 100 Lone Oak Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15209)

From I-279:

I-279 to Perry Highway exit. Straight across Perry Highway to

Cemetery Lane. Follow Cemetery Lane to Babcock Blvd. Turn right

onto Babcock Blvd. Turn left onto Thompson Run Road. Turn right

onto Vilsack Road. Turn right onto Anderson Road. Follow Anderson

Road approximately 1 3/4 miles. Denny Field is the first left turn

immediately past Lone Oak Drive.


From northern Route 8, traveling south towards Pittsburgh: Take

Route 8 South. Turn right onto Butler Plank Road at traffic light at

Giant Eagle. Stay on Butler Plank Road. At first stop sign, turn right

onto Kleber road. At top of hill, go straight through traffic light onto

Vilsack Road. At the first stop sign, turn left on Anderson Road.

Follow Anderson Road approximately 1 3/4 miles. Denny Field is the

first left turn immediately past Lone Oak Drive.


From northern Route 28 (near Turnpike):

Take Route 8 North. Turn Left at the first traffic light, cross railroad

tracks, and turn right onto Grant Ave (Sullivan Chevrolet). Stay on

Grant Ave. It becomes Mt. Royal Blvd. Stay on Mt. Royal Blvd.

passing through first traffic light (shopping center on right)

Turn left at second traffic light onto Vilsack Road. At the first stop

sign, turn left on Anderson Road. Follow Anderson Road

approximately 1 3/4 miles. Denny Field is the first left turn

immediately past Lone Oak Drive.

From southern Route 28 (downtown Pittsburgh):

Take Route 28 North to Route 8 North

Turn Left at the first traffic light, cross railroad tracks, and turn right

onto Grant Ave (Sullivan Chevrolet). Stay on Grant Ave. It becomes

Mt. Royal Blvd. Stay on Mt. Royal Blvd. passing through first traffic

light (shopping center on right). Turn left at second traffic light onto

Vilsack Road. At the first stop sign, turn left on Anderson Road.

Follow Anderson Road approximately 1 3/4 miles. Denny Field is the

first left turn immediately past Lone Oak Drive.


Shaler - Fall Run Park

(GPS 100 Fall Run Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116)

Turn onto Fall Run Road off of Route 8. (You will see Harley-

Davidson across from this intersection.) You will quickly turn left into

Fall Run Park. The turn into the park is less than .1 mile from Route

8. Soccer fields will be found on your right past the playground.


Shaler - Fawcett Field (McElheny)

(GPS: 471 McElheny Road Glehshaw Pa 15116)

If traveling on Mt. Royal Boulevard, turn onto McElheny Road (St.

Bonaventure Church is at the intersection of Mt. Royal and

McElheny). Travel about .5 mile. The soccer fields will be found on

the left immediately after the one lane bridge.

If traveling on Thompson Run Road, turn on to Vilsack. At the 4-way

STOP sign, turn right on Anderson Road. At the first stop sign, turn

left on to Wible Run Road. Bear left onto McElheney Road. Soccer

fields will be on your right before reaching the one lane bridge.


Shaler - Glenshaw Valley

(GPS 1520 Butler Plank Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116)

From Route 28:

Take Route 8 North and continue North past McDonald’s and

Glenshaw Glass. At the 2nd traffic light past McDonald’s, turn LEFT

and cross the railroad track. Once across the tracks, turn RIGHT onto

Butler Plank Road. The field will be on your RIGHT, just after

crossing the bridge.


From Northern Route 8:

Take Route 8 South. Turn RIGHT onto Butler Plank Road at the

traffic light at the Glenshaw Giant Eagle. Follow Butler Plank Road

past the Glenshaw Post Office (on your right). The field will be on

your left just before the bridge, approximately 0.3 mile past the Post

Office.


Shaler - Scott Avenue

(GPS 700 Scott Avenue, Glenshaw, PA 15116)

From Route 28: Take Route 8 North Turn Left at the first traffic light,

cross railroad tracks, and turn right onto Grant Ave (Sullivan

Chevrolet) Stay on Grant Ave. It becomes Mt. Royal Blvd. Stay on Mt.

Royal Blvd. passing through two traffic lights. Just past second traffic

light, turn left onto Scott Avenue (across from cemetery). Stay on

Scott Ave until the football field (with blue track) and middle school

are visible on the right. Turn right into parking lots just past fields.

From northern Route 8, traveling south towards Pittsburgh: Take

Route 8 South.

Turn right onto Butler Plank Road at traffic light at Giant Eagle. Stay

on Butler Plank Road. At first stop sign, turn right onto Kleber road. At

traffic light at top of hill, turn right onto Mt. Royal Blvd. Turn left onto

Scott Avenue (across from cemetery). Stay on Scott Ave until the

football field (with blue track) and middle school are visible on the

right. Turn right into parking lots just past fields.


Shaler - Shaler Area High School

(GPS 381 Wible Run Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116)

FROM SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST OF SCHOOL

North on Rt. 279 - Exit at McKnight Road North on McKnight Road to

Seibert (Major intersection after North Hills Village Shopping Ctr.)

Right on Seibert to Thompson Run Road (Stop Sign) Right on

Thompson Run Road to Vilsack (First left) Left on Vilsack to 4-way

STOP sign, turn right on Anderson Road Anderson Road to first

STOP sign - left on Wible Run Road Follow Wible Run for a little over

1 mile, school driveway is on the right


FROM EAST AND SOUTHEAST OF SCHOOL

Route 28 west - Exit at Route 8

Route 8 North, exit left a first traffic light (Etna) Left across railroad

tracks, immediately turn right onto Grant Avenue (Jack Sullivan

Chevrolet will be directly in from of you) Grant Avenue becomes Mt.

Royal Boulevard Mt. Royal Boulevard to first traffic light at Wetzel

Road Left on Wetzel Road to first STOP sign Left at STOP sign onto

Wible Run Road Wible Run Road to school driveway on right

(approx. 100 yards)


FROM NORTH OF SCHOOL

Route 8 south to Giant Eagle (on left in Shaler Twp.) Turn right at

traffic light, cross railroad tracks and continue to STOP sign Turn right

up hill onto Kleber Road and continue to traffic light Left at traffic light

onto Mt. Royal Blvd. and continue to next traffic light

Right onto Wetzel Road and follow to first STOP sign Left at STOP

sign onto Wible Run Road Wible Run Road to school driveway on

right (approx. 100 yards) If you are coming south on McKnight Road,

turn left onto Seibert and follow directions listed above.


Twin Boros - Cribb Field – Verona

(GPS Second Avenue Verona, PA 15147)

From Hulton Bridge:

Proceed across the Hulton Bridge toward Oakmont. Turn RIGHT

immediately after crossing the railroad tracks onto Allegheny River

Blvd. Proceed through the center of Oakmont, over via duct and into

Verona (approx. 2 miles). Turn LEFT at the first light after crossing

the via duct onto Center Avenue (CoGos on right hand corner).

Proceed uphill. Turn RIGHT onto Second Avenue. The field is on the

right a few hundred feet ahead.


From Highland Park Bridge:

Take Route 28 to Highland Park Bridge. Cross Highland Park Bridge.

Stay in left lane across bridge (follow signs for Route 8 South). You

will loop under the bridge and then head North on Allegheny River

Blvd. toward Verona (away from Pittsburgh). Stay in the left hand

lane and go straight through the first traffic light, continuing on

Allegheny River Blvd. Proceed several miles, passing Rivertowne

Plaza, until you enter Verona. At the second light turn RIGHT onto

Center Street (CoGo’s will be on left diagonal). Proceed uphill. Turn

RIGHT onto Second Avenue. The field is on the right a few hundred

feet ahead.
